Want to spend that special day celebrating at our place? Our place provides a unique and memorable environment for your next event. Whether you’re planning a birthday, corporate mixer, holiday office party, or wedding reception, we have a space that can be customized to meet your needs. Our raw, industrial, yet artsy, space is a great alternative to more traditional rental spaces. HOURLY RATES for SEMI-Private rentals with <35 guests (additional fees apply for events with 36+ guests): Mondays 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM $75 Late Night Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM $125 Weekday Mornings Tue, Wed, Thu 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM $65 Weekdays Tue, Wed, Thu 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM $55 Weekends Fri, Sat, Sun 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM $65

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. ALCOHOL & OUTSIDE BEVERAGES No Outside Beverages, both Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic, are permitted. OUTSIDE FOOD No Outside Food is permitted without prior approval. Depending on your event size and food needs we may allow outside catering. If you receive permission to bring in your own food, we will provide you with a food table, but you will be responsible for providing all plate ware, utensils, etc. and must cleanup food related waste and garbage at the end of your event. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
