About the Space

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Lighting equipment is not included and will be available for additional charges through the add on section. Please do NOT book for 1 hour. We require a 2 hour minimum for $50/hour without equipment. You have the option to add-on lights and other equipment and services to your booking. A 1750 Sq. Ft. Natural light photo studio with 20 Ft. high ceilings. Studio Kho is the perfect spot for any beginners/professional photographers, content creators and videographers to bring their clients into our large comfortable space. Also beginner friendly for any artists who would like to bring their creativity to life. The space also includes a separate makeup room/changing room. The large golden mirror in the photo was donated to the studio. Therefore, there is a large crack and missing piece. Please booking accordingly. Setup and clean up time should be in your timeframe of booking. If you go over your time there will be a half hour overtime fee. Check us out on IG: Studio.Kho and website StudioKho.com.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Vera's studio was great. It provided a number of different settings and views for the photo shoot. Vera was communitive prior to the booking and upon arrival, including getting set up with the lighting. Would highly recommend using Studio Kho for your photo shoot needs.

Vera's studio was exactly what we needed for our photoshoot and would definitely shoot here again. On top of that, Vera was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. I highly suggest renting this space :)
