About the Space
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Lighting equipment is not included and will be available for additional charges through the add on section. Please do NOT book for 1 hour. We require a 2 hour minimum for $50/hour without equipment. You have the option to add-on lights and other equipment and services to your booking. A 1750 Sq. Ft. Natural light photo studio with 20 Ft. high ceilings. Studio Kho is the perfect spot for any beginners/professional photographers, content creators and videographers to bring their clients into our large comfortable space. Also beginner friendly for any artists who would like to bring their creativity to life. The space also includes a separate makeup room/changing room. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Everything was very easy and simple. Vera was great communicating from start to finish. She was there to greet us and the came back when finished. The directions to gain entrance are easy and clear. The elevator opens in front of the studio which makes for load in easy. The Space is exactly as the photos shows - open and sunny. We shot 10am - 1pm (January) and the corner windows gave off a bright warm glow (not direct sun) that you are looking for in a natural light studio. Vera was ok with us moving and re arranging the furniture as long as we put things back to where they were. I would rent again.
