Your search for the Paiute meeting gathering here. This location features a stunning open view with cozy and luxurious furnishing. Enabling your creative spectrum to extend endlessly through multiple settings, including living room, dining, kitchen, and outdoor patio. This space is located in the Orange County Great Parks Neighborhood. Space Highlight -KITCHEN- The thoughtful kitchen features top-quality appliances and a generous island with tuck-under stools to encourage social & people-oriented photoshoots. The bar counter also includes a complete high-end espresso machine setup, enabling creators that are looking for a sophisticated, yet elegant look/feel. -DINING- The dining room features a natural white marble dining table (86x30) with contrasting bronze legs. In pairing, 6 leather chairs surrounding the dining table completes the experience. Giving off a versatile design feel mixed with modern materials for a fresh take on everyday dining. A separate mid-century sideboard is located behind the dining table. -LIVING SPACE- The living room offers the perfect setup for chic, elegant, and cozy vibes. This space comes with a vintage '70s-inspired sectional sofa, upholstered in soft white boucle with plush channel tufting on all sides. A stunning white slope concrete coffee table sits at the center of the space, making a statement in the living room. Two wooden framed mid-century modern chairs and a leathered gravitating chair surround the space. The possibility for this space is endless.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Amy and her husband had great hospitality! Communication was efficient and smooth and the Kona Abode was as beautiful as the images show. It was cozy, and clean, and had a nice warm, modern touch throughout the entire space. The kitchen lighting was great as well!
