The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Atlanta in this cozy, newly built studio! Ormewood Park is one of Atlanta's most historic and architecturally eclectic neighborhood and is centrally located, a short drive from the airport, downtown, Decatur and Buckhead. The space offers privacy and comfort for a relaxing stay. It boasts a lovely deck area with a fenced in backyard, smart TV, wifi and free parking.

There is 1 parking spot on the property. If the booking is just a few days, I can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

Lighting description

Lots of windows and natural light throughout. Window coverings (cellular blinds) have been ordered for some of the larger window but currently it will be difficult to block out a majority of the natural light.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

From the inside of the apartment, outside noise is minimal. From the back deck you can hear sounds of nature, kids playing and occasionally, vehicles.

Nothing can be removed from the space. Couch and small tables can be moved as long as they are put back into place, but I do not want the bed and closets moved.
