- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
The studio is equipped with 10 foot white, grey, and green screen backdrops. The space has camera, lights, wireless audio, furniture, and live stream equipment. This downtown space has more than 700sq feet that can be molded for your ideal project. Space is discounted for serious content producers in need of quality equipment and space. With that said, all space usage is vetted before rental is approved. Please send message with your project scope and requirements before booking. - High ceiling for shooting videos and photography. - beautiful artwork and wall décor for scenic filming and photography - Many windows for natural light photo shoots - Bathroom and Kitchen for guests - Let your imagination move you Space is easy to get to with plenty of free parking. Located near the iconic downtown Hyattsville shops and destinations. The space is secure, and great for private events or projects. If needed, lighting, cameras, backgrounds, green screens, and videographer can be made available if needed al la cart. Prices are negotiable, so don't hesitate to reach out. 1-5 people max.
