About the Space

Bright all-white 750 sq. ft. furnished photography studio featuring a 16' tall white ceiling. Oversized windows have south facing exposure. Our uniquely styled showroom is available to book by the hour for photoshoots and creative productions. Many of the home decor items styling the space like the rugs, vases and accent chairs are available for purchase online. Creators can access our ever-changing inventory of furniture and home decor pieces ensuring fresh unique content. The studio is equipped with a Sonos sound system, smart lighting, private bathroom, kitchen and other modern conveniences to make for a comfortable shooting experience. A security deposit is required for all bookings, see rules for details. 2 hour minimum booking.

The studio cannot be used to shoot pornographic, violent, racist or any content that we may deem to contribute to the discrimination and harassment of others because of race, sex, disability and age etc. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place and all messes / garbage cleaned up. The studio is not soundproof, so please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music. It is not ideal for video shoots. There are 24/7 security cameras installed in all common areas of the studio, however, there are no cameras inside the bathrooms or the single curtained change areas. The booking of space is for inside of the studio only. Please do not disrupt our neighbors in the building in any way. We generally only turn on the overhead studio lights at dusk for safety reasons. They will remain off at all other times to conserve energy. Please let us know if you need assistance assessing additional studio lighting. You cannot hang or attach anything from the pipes in the open ceiling. No animals or pets are allowed except for service animals. If you wish to bring an animal into the space, please contact us. The individual who made the initial booking must be present at all times during the appointment. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises. If your shoot includes alcoholic beverages/bottles we ask that only original new and sealed bottles / containers be used. Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises. If we suspect that a member of your party is intoxicated or impaired, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises. Please do not bring the following into the studio (If you absolutely require it for your shoot, please email us: * Food or drinks (closed bottles and containers are permitted if it is the original packaging) * Candles, sparklers, open flames dry ice or smoke machines. * Glitter or confetti. * Anything illegal. Your booking is only for the room. If you would like to purchase any products please use our online store or speak to a member of our team. Please use indoor shoes or shoe covers when entering the studio rooms to protect the floor and the antique rugs. Please do not step on the furniture in shoes. Wearing outdoor shoes in the studio will result in a minimum $200 cleaning fee added to your booking. If there are damages to the walls, fixtures, furniture, floor, props, or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of the item. Since the studio is set up as a shoppable studio, any damaged items listed on our online store will automatically be considered as sold at the most up to date retail price (+ sales tax) of the item. Essentially if you break it you buy it. All damages will be verified with security footage. We require a security deposit of $300 for all bookings. You will be sent a secure link to a credit card authorization form on our website. This authorization will be held on your credit card for the duration of your booking and released in full once the studio is inspected and deemed to be free of damages or violations of our policies. Overtime will be charged at time and a half if there is no prior agreement.

Yes, I would book again.

The space was exactly as shown. Extremely tidy. There are a lot of restrictions to keep the place in good condition (no shoes, signs everywhere to be careful moving things), so go into the place knowing you need to be extra careful. Communication was clear and easy.

Great size studio with incredible light! Tanya went above and beyond to make the space feel warm and welcoming upon arrival. The only slight hiccup is the walls are thin so there was a fair bit of banging/noise from the neighbours at times, but didn't impact our shoot as our video clips don't need sound. Would definitely book again!
