COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

About the Space

Storefront Cafe with open floorpan can accommodate parties, music, yoga, art gallery, kids events, etc. Roughly half of the space is open floorpan flexible for many types of use. The other half of the space is cafe style kitchen equipped for Ice Cream, Smoothies, Juices, Sandwiches, etc. Can be booked for just the space and/or we can provide food and beverages.

This venue was perfect for my birthday party! John was very friendly and accommodating. The location is really nice and has the parking right outside. I would definitely book again :)

The space was perfect and John G was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and easy to work with. If I had to rent it again or need Peerspace again, I would definitely use it.

I planned a baby shower for my daughter at the store front cafe! I came all the way from Arkansas to have this event and John was a superb host! He made sure we wanted for nothing and went above and beyond to assure that my guest and I wanted for nothing! I would definitely book with John again for other events! You won’t be disappointed
