COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our facility has never been so clean! We have stepped up our cleaning and disinfecting protocols tenfold. Everything from copious amounts of hand sanitizing, to disinfecting equipment after every use, to regularly cleaning the entire facility top to bottom. We are doing everything in our power to keep our environment as safe as possible.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Our studio is perfect for your next photo or video shoot and we are here to help make sure it goes smooth for you! Studio Amenities: · 12 foot wide paper backdrop (White or Green) · 3 strobe lights with continuous lighting functionality · 1 Boom mic and 2 lav mics included · Tall 25 foot ceilings · Private Changing Room and Restrooms included · Steamer and Hanging Rack for clothing included · The studio is 350 sq ft of enclosed space with one side being glass, letting in tons of natural light. We expect guests to stay in the corner of the warehouse where the studio is located but are free to use the restrooms and kitchen areas. Other areas in the warehouse may be used by other tenants and therefor are off limits. Everyone in the space is friendly and welcoming.
