STUDIO GUIDELINES * No smoking is allowed in the studio. * Music is to be kept at reasonable levels * No pets allowed * All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval. $50 minimum cleaning fee required, additional charges my apply depending on studio condition at wrap *Furniture can be moved within the space to accommodate scene requirements. Please return relocated items to their original location. Wall decorations can be taken down for the duration of the rental but must be replaced. *Due to recent increases in back to back bookings, it is imperative that each guest starts on time! Booking time includes set up, load in and load out. Please be respectful of other people's time. *Please do not make any loud noise in hallways and common areas as people live here. Thank you! CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
