In an effort to maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment, I would like to remind you of the House Rules:
1. Leave the house in the condition that you found it in upon your arrival.
2. Treat our house like it's your home.
3. Load dishwasher and turn it on prior to leaving.
4. Leave no dirty dishes in the sink.
5. Bag up all trash, take outside and place in garbage bins.
6. Leave TV remotes next to the TV.
7. No smoking allowed inside the house.
8. Don't lean on outside rails for your safety.
9. If you use the grill, clean it out when you finish using it.
10. The putting area is NOT a park; Use it at your own risk and any accident, injuries, neighbor complaints and or broken windows due outside activities; you are 100% responsible; Please note: we take no responsibility for any situational occurrences.
11. There are a set number of balls & clubs, if any are missing when you leave; you will be charge an additional fee.
12. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
13. Do not use living room furniture for a bed and no jumping.
14. To maintain a sanitary place for each guest- No food allow in bedrooms.
15. There are areas in the home for eating and NOT the sofa.
16. With permission-we occasionally allows some small party and events, so please manage the noise as we do have neighbors, and if there are any noise complaints, you will be asked to leave.
17. Do not move or re-arrange the furnitures.
18. If you are using the outside area, make sure that you cover the TV outside as well unplug the lights if you are not using them.
19. Upon leaving please remove linens used, bring downstairs and leave in the laundry room.
20. Do not change the thermostat, as they are set and control remotely. If you need it change just send us a message and we will promptly adjust for you.
21. Pets are not allowed on any beds or furniture in the home.
22. Keep all windows and doors close due to wooded area as it attracts bugs,.!
