Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We follow all of the CDC guidelines for cleaning procedures.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space
This space is perfect for private music lessons, small rehearsals for 1-5 people or recording auditions. There is a piano, music stand and seating for up to five people, plus a lobby, large bathroom and kitchenette. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and water dispenser. Our facility is ADA compliant.

Our space is in a shopping center with ample free parking.
General Rules
There is no smoking inside or outside of the building due to a La Mesa ordinance. We ask that guests are respectful of the piano and do not have food or drinks near it.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras in the parking lot only for our patrons safety.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
