All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Welcome to our space with its unique architecture in this classic sunlit atrium. There is a ton of great texture for your fashion or editorial photo/film shoots. The double staircase is solid but should be used with care. Ceiling height is 15 ft. There are other areas of the building with raw brick/paint and plaster textures that can be used but will need artificial lighting.

General Rules
The space is on the second floor with no access to an elevator - please plan accordingly.
Please note: Expect rough and dirty conditions. The building is in a very raw state with no electricity and no bathrooms or running water.
We cannot allow children or babies in the building, apologies for any inconvenience. This is not a kid-friendly environment. If you have children/babies with you at the booking or scouting appointment you must have a guardian who will watch them outside the building or in your vehicle.
Bring battery powered lights, extra batteries, and charge your devices in advance.
