About the Space
2 bedroom apartment in a duplex, with a boho style outdoor backyard that can be used until 10pm. Featuring high ceilings, a living room and an open kitchen with exposed brickwall, a small multimedia room with Dj equipment, plenty of closets, and a bedroom on the lower floor. All areas of the apartment can be used. The Outdoor area is a common area but with direct access from only two of the apartments. Ideal for small meetings, photo shoots/filming a house setting with a contemporary/industrial style.

We had a great experience working with Marcia M. and the space was perfect for our needs. She was very flexible with the changes we requested to the reservation and really made us feel welcome. The space worked out very well for our needs as well. The different rooms gave us multiple looks to work with. The location was great for its proximity to a major street, stores, and in walking distance to the East River. It really worked out well overall.
