The incredible views of this lakeside property will put you in a more relaxing frame of mind. A bathroom and bartender-ready bar are just a few amenities in the fully equipped pool house with views of the lake and spacious patio including swimming pool with diving board and seating for 30+. You and your guests can enjoy the beautifully decorated open-air patio & pool area including propane and charcoal grills, and covered Tiki bar available for stocking. A private dock provides a great space for dozing, dining and daydreaming while you fish in the well-stocked lake. The entire area comfortably seats 40+ guests before adding extra tables in the open backyard and is easily customizable to your desired vibe. This space is perfect for pool parties, cookouts, photo shoots, or film/video productions. The property is located approximately 45 minutes from both Atlanta-Hartsfield International Airport and downtown Atlanta, and 20 minutes from convenience shopping, hotels, and downtown Douglasville.

HOST RULE General Rules: All events over 10 people require a Security Guard Smoking allowed outside only. No pets/animals No loud music after dark. Do not gather on the front side of the house We are here to help! Do not help yourself. If you need something, let us know. We will be happy to provide and accommodate you. No guests permitted under the age of 21. All trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. Do not take items from the property. We encourage you to always ask permission instead of forgiveness. We are far more accommodating to those who are respectful to our home. Host/Owner onsite at all times. CLEANING/DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suite your event needs.
