About the Space
One-bedroom, one-bathroom, industrial loft with midcentury modern decor in the heart of Miami (Downtown/Edgewater/Wynwood area). 18-foot ceilings, gorgeous natural light perfect for photos and video. There is plenty of street-parking available, a friendly owner and very helpful building staff! There is a loading dock, should you need one. The apartment has been used for filming, photography, and meetings. It is a beautiful space and is very versatile. For allergies: please note there is a cat in the space.
