About the Space
Great home in College Park/Orlando that is walking distance to restaurants, shops and beautiful lakes. The house has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook or grill meals. The pool and fenced in backyard are an oasis with lots of space and seating. The pool is not heated. The three bedrooms upstairs share the upstairs bathroom. The fourth bedroom is an unattached garage in the backyard with a Murphy Bed. Five minute drive to Winter Park & Downtown and twenty minutes to0 Universal. The space Great big yard with pool, nice kitchen with everything you need to whip up a great meal. Close to Winter Park, College Park and Downtown. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a separate studio in the back that has a queen Murphy Bed and a Queen blow up mattress if extra beds are needed. The house is our primary residence but we travel a lot so we like to rent it out when we are gone.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Lovely space. Used it for a boudoir photo shoot, including the pool. Some of the furniture was different, but it definitely worked for our use! Host didn't mention pets until day of, but they were very well behaved and didnt bother us.
