About the Space
Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen includes mini fridges and large island and bar stools Decorative accent lighting Pool Views (pool not included in booking) We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Furniture is not to be moved and must remain in its initial location at all times. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available across the street in the plaza parking lot. Street parking is also available. Please note, this space is connected to our leasing office. The room will not be fully private. Excellent location. Looks as good as the pictures. I would definitely book again. I would only suggest that the hosts notify the tenants that there is a rental event in advance. Better for the Peerspace managers to inform the residents at this location than to surprise them as they go about their lives, using the gym next door or just walking through.

Courtney was very helpful in booking this beautiful space for a corporate video shoot. The space looked as good in person as it did in the photos. In fact, I'm booking it again for a make-up session. I highly recommend Courtney and this location.

Overall it worked out, but there were several things that could have made this booking go smoother. First of all, the day I arrived to view the space I was greeted by a virtual tour prompt post on the front door of the building, which was a self-guided tour. I'm all for technology and automation but that was a bit unwelcoming, especially considering this was after I booked and paid for the space. If the tour was going to be self-guided, this could have been mentioned beforehand. Also, there could have been a virtual tour link sent to me in order to answer a few questions about the space like: can I adjust the thermostat, can I control the flame on the fireplace, where are the restrooms located, etc.? Again, all this worked out but with the host not being on-site and no one in the leasing office to assist with touring there were delays in getting answers to these and other questions. My biggest problem with the space is that it wasn't private. The space is located in a common area of the building, so residents walk through and use it as a short cut to the pool or fitness area. I posted a Reserved for Private Event sign, but there's no way to enforce that. A few folks did go around but others ignored the signage and walked through. No one was disruptive but it was a bit odd to have uninvited guest walk through my event. For the price and location, I was relatively satisfied. In the future, if I can't find something else comparable to this space, I would consider booking it again. At least now I know what to expect and I can plan accordingly.
