Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen includes mini fridges and large island and bar stools Decorative accent lighting Pool Views (pool not included in booking) We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Furniture is not to be moved and must remain in its initial location at all times. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available across the street in the plaza parking lot. Street parking is also available. Please note, this space is connected to our leasing office. The room will not be fully private when the office is open. See below for office hours.
