COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our facilities are designed to be spacious in size. We’re working with our clients to understand the goals of their research and collaborate on the ultimate plan. Our facilities are set up to support social distancing in waiting areas, backrooms and conference rooms. We have enhanced our already high standards for cleaning and sanitizing and will be adjusting food service protocols on-site to advance standards of safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Our updated and spacious meeting space boasts 6 research suites with breathtaking views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and the city. Watch the ferries and container ships roll by as our on-site support teams helps a seamless meeting experience. All rooms are equipped with in-house HD recording and a variety of streaming options.

Fieldwork will work with your team to determine your specific needs while utilizing our space. We have an experienced team dedicated to providing our guests a first class experience. -Fieldwork is happy to manage all catering needs. We do not allow outside catering. -No smoking in the building.
