About the Space
This one of a kind artistic loft in Brooklyn is perfect fit for a film / photo shoot. It is one whole big space with high ceilings. Big windows let in plenty of sunlights. The details of the objects and furnitures will be perfect for a shoot that requires a scene in a personal apt. The whole atmosphere is very vintage and artistic.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The owner of the space is fully vaccinated. Also, No more than one team will be allowed in the space a day. Which means that the booked team of the day will be the only team that will be using the space on that day. The space will be cleaned before and after the client's use according to the COVID 19 guideline.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
