The space works well pop up shows / events, small private meetings / parties, poetry reading, album release parties or music videos. The space is an open concept that can be easily rearranged to suit any special requests. The space sits on a historic tree lined block with beautiful architecture & quick access to restaurants & bars. Wifi available upon request.

General Rules
Cleaning fee & damages if any will be charged to customer. Smoking is negotiable for a small fee & depending on the day of the week. Outside catering is encouraged, insurance may be required. Alcohol is allowed whenever you want, enjoy!🥂

Health and Safety Measures
Outside cleaning service will be brought in between bookings to whip down all surfaces, clean bathrooms and sanitize all fixtures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
