Pool is chlorine and being 100% outdoors allows for 6-foot guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Nestled on a quiet street amongst great shade trees, we provide the perfect environment for parties, showers, swim lessons, corporate events and more. Our 3 spaces are perfect for entertaining and can break up the crowd for better flow. The 3 areas include a 16x30 pool (8ft deep with diving board) with decking area, wooden deck with umbrella, table and chairs that can be removed, and a separate lower furnished patio area. And if you time it right, you may be able to enjoy the family of deer that live on the adjoining property.

6 cars can fit in drive way. Street parking is possible.
General Rules
No smoking on premises.
No glass allowed in pool area.
No loud music.
No pets allowed.
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
