This location is renting the outside area with connected guest bedroom / bathroom and full kitchen. This location is perfect for photoshoots, lavish dinners, cocktail parties, baby showers, seminars, holistic/ meditation retreats, birthdays, charity events, pop-up events, product launch and other private events. The decor is light with an organic modern style with lots of privacy. This property has tons of natural light, beautiful landscaping, a pool (pool lighting changes colors at night) fire pit and jacuzzi. The outdoor area has lots of seating. Surround sound speakers are connected throughout the house to Sonos/ Spotify for playlists to be played during events. DJ not allowed. Wow! Ali was such an amazing host. She helped ease all the stress and worry I was going through. She was very communicative and the response time was impeccable. Cannot recommend this venue and host enough! Ali was an incredible host, always responsive to questions and very thoughtful about our experience. I organized a surprise 30th birthday for my boyfriend here, and the outdoor space combined with excellent lighting and sound created a wonderful evening. Ali is a phenomenal host to work with and offered great suggestions for how to use the space optimally. I will definitely be reaching out again should I plan any events in future!

We rented this space for a joint birthday party and it was a blast! Everyone's pictures turned out amazing with plenty of beautiful spots on the property as well as a perfect skyline view of the city. The hosts were very kind and helpful when coordinating our event and were proactive in getting it set up. Would recommend to anyone with hopes of throwing a Covid-friendly outdoor event and might even book it again myself!
