About the Space
Space is excellent for private events up to 50 people. Can be used with or without full Spa services. Great for Bridal Shower, Birthday Party, Photo Shoot, Wedding/Reception, Baby Shower, Training, Meetings, Tea Party, Paint & Sip, Pop-Up Showcase events. We offer custom decorating and Event Management packages in addition to our room. Or we welcome your event planner and decorator. Event planners and decorators are welcome to bring their clients to our tranquil facility.

General Rules
-No Smoking
-No Kitchen-You Must have outside catering (bring your own food)
-Limited Beer and wine responsibility of renter
-No Weapons (Even if you have a conceal carry-NO WEAPONS)
-Events after 7pm must adhere to our in-house armed security
-You and your guests are responsible for the condition of the bathroom within the cleaning agreement

Security cameras and recording devices
Interior camera in event room and hallway installed in the ceiling. Exterior perimeter cameras. No cameras in private rooms or bathroom areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take Covid very seriously and use commercial grade EPA approved disinfect and sanitize cleaning solutions after each event. There is a $50.00 sanitizing fee per event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
