COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This listing showcases a 15' x 15' private rooftop deck with 360 degree views, including the Washington Monument. Ideal events for this space include small gatherings with friends, brunches, birthday parties, movie nights, karaoke, intimate dinners, sunrise/sunset yoga sessions etc...the options are limitless. The space features a custom-designed pergola with retractable shades and recessed LED lights to enhance your event's ambiance. Please note that decor changes seasonally (currently Ivy + Wisteria flowers). Do you need a planner for your event? If so, ask about our in-house planner when you book! Yes, I would book again.

I booked Ben’s space to celebrate a milestone life event. The value of this space pales to the experience. My guests are still raving over the experience. The sunset across the city skyline was simply beautiful. Ben was beyond accommodating. He definitely delivered beyond the advertisement. Indoor space is the perfect complement to the rooftop decor/experience. Summer insects weren’t too much of a nuisance either. Highly recommend this space without reservation. I would absolutely book again in heartbeat. Thanks again Ben!

Yes, I would book again.

This location is perfect for an intimate small crowd or even a one on one space. I decided to hire a personal chef and the kitchen space was perfect for my vision. There was plenty of space as the pictures depicted; all of the decor was gorgeous and very very well thought out. There are quite a bit of steps however I was forewarned. The rooftop put the icing on the cake for us. I would definitely use this space again. Thanks again for everything.

Yes, I would book again.

This was the perfect space for an intimate birthday gathering. I really appreciate that I barely had to decorate because the rooftop already looks great as is. The guest thought I did the decorating lol. Ben was also very responsive throughout the whole process.

We celebrated a birthday party! It was an awesome space! Very well decorated & maintained!!! Ben was very responsive and pretty accommodating throughout the process, especially as we figured out contingency plans in the chance of rain. Pleasure doing business with Ben!

Overall this space was clean, spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Ben was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be booking again.
