About the Space
The 800 sf. gallery space works well for art exhibits for up to 30-40 pieces of art. We also have multiple pedestals for sculptures, glass and pottery. The space does not have any interior walls and the floor is concrete. There is a 15ft wide sidewalk in front of the space that allows for any event to set up outside as part of the event. Outside the back door is a unique alley the can also be used to expand the event. The 1952 building was totally renovated in 2020 and the bathroom is 100% updated as well. Adjustable gallery lighting was recently added. 10' x 10' photo backdrop with white, black and green screen. Selection of 8 photo and video lighting fixtures. The space can accommodate 40 chairs for recital or performance space. Groups have rented the space for music videos, photo sessions, live music and vendor events. Outside food and beverages can be brought into the space. Also provided: 80" projector screen, 42' flat screen, 8'x 8' photo wall, 24 wine glasses, coffee maker, 20 chairs, 4, 6'tables.

This was a perfect venue for the after party following my son’s Senior Recital at UTA! Perfect size and lots of amazing art everywhere. Several guests bought pieces and even met one of the artists next door who was working in the studio. Overall a great experience.
