About the Space

Mid-century modern house built by award winning Miami Architect Roney Mateu. The house is great for photography and video where a lot of lighting and open space is needed. The house has windows all around and 5000 kelvin bright white recessed lighting on each room. We have done weddings of up to 50 people, kids photoshoots, family portraits, newborns and video trainings. The house has high-quality furniture around, with an impressive kitchen with walnut wood finish and brass hardware. The bathrooms are modern and bright with modern tile and quartz. The backyard has a big open wide is set up a platform or chairs to hold an event. The house has a 500 SF deck with fans and lighting. There's a kids playhouse custom built where you can do kids photoshoots We're located 2 miles from the beach, and we're surrounded by Walmart, Target, Bestbuy, Whole Foods and Aventura Mall within 5 minutes. The house is very private and well located in the neighborhood. There are tall mature trees and good landscaping around. There's a covered garage for 2 cars. Any questions please contact us.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Juan's place was absolutely amazing! The backyard was beautiful, and was a the perfect spot to host my birthday dinner. Juan was always responsive & very flexible coordinating logistics & parking. I would definitely recommend reserving this space for any event!

Juan and Karen were so gracious and helpful, and to top it off their home is gorgeous! We booked for an interview with a 15 person crew, and there was space for everything. Load in/out was easy, the set was quiet, there was space for everyone, and the backyard is great for outdoor filming.
