General Rules

General Rules 1) The Facility may only be use for approved business activities, authorized in writing by the Studio. 2) There is absolutely NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL in the Facility. There are smoking areas allowed outside the building. 3) You are responsible for clean up of smoking related debris (ashes, cigarettes, etc.) before leaving. 4) You may use the amenities, hair & make-up facilities, wardrobe and changing rooms, and restrooms associated with the Facility. 5) You are not permitted to stand or walk on the Cyclorama Wall, and materials, goods, equipment or gear are not allowed on the Cyclorama Wall. 6) All load in and load out must take place during the Rental Period. 7) An authorized representative must be present at all times during the Rental Period when the Facility is in use by your personnel. 8) You must keep doors closed at all times except during load in and load out. 9) You must maintain adult supervision of minors at all times, and keep minors out of the parking areas. 10) You agree to promptly respond to requests by the Studio to turn down or turn off noise that is disruptive to adjacent businesses. 11) You agree to secure parental permission forms for work being performed by minors, and talent releases for all individuals participating on camera. 12) You are responsible for securing any necessary permits. 13) You assume all legal and financial responsibility for any violations resulting from your use of the Facility. 14) You are not permitted to assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Studio. Any attempt at assignment, in whole or in part, is null and void.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Be careful and courteous when moving furniture around.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are on the front and rear of the building to monitor clients and activity. This is a measure we take for safety.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
