About the Space
Completely unique with two stories of southern exposure. Teak ceilings with white brick that is gorgeous in the sunlight. Perfect for photo or video shoots, yoga studio, massage room, or meetings. Two sets of French doors that open into the yard, and two sets open into the rest of the house. Back yard and living room are add-ons. The house was built in 1925 with the sunroom added in the 1960's. The back yard has lots of original wrought iron details and white walls. (Ask for more pictures) Can be completely closed off from the rest of the house and also has a separate entrance. The swing is available, weight limit for safety is 130lb. The couch is VERY white! We enjoyed the space and the host was helpful. Will definitely be booking again. Space seems a bit smaller than expected but still provides great areas for shots. The natural light moved slowly across the room, as the host said. This allowed us the get shots throughout the room the way I wanted. Restroom available for guests. Doggo was a good boy, deserves treat.
