About the Space

Beautiful, easy to locate, open yard for outdoor events. Yard can host 25-85 people; 10-15 round tables, 15-20 fair-styles rectangular tables. Great for birthday parties, reunions, picnics, bridal/baby showers, pop-up events, movie nights, kid's parties, farewell events, flea market, etc. There is an option to rent the top floor, indoor space for use, with 2 bathrooms. There will be room for prep area as well as a microwave and mini fridge available. See add-on options. Location is directly off of I-95 and Suitland parkways. There is a bus stop literally in front of the property. 3 minutes from Andrews Air Force Base and 15 minutes from National Harbor. 4 tables and 10 chairs included in rental price Driveway parking available for 2-3 cars and street parking also available. On-Site Items Available (for an additional fee) for rent: - Indoor Space (with bathroom) - Outdoor Gazebo - Porta Potty - Front porch access - Outdoor grill - Additional extra table/chairs - Pop-up tents - Water/Electricity - Handwashing Station - Yard Games Package: Lawn bowling, Giant Chess, Big Jenga, Golf Putt - Carnival Games Packages: Yard Games Package + Carnival Electronic Basketball (two hoops and scoreboard) - Lawn Furniture - Fire Pit(s) - Small Popcorn Machine - Inflatable Movie Screen Catering and AV services/equipment are also available for an extra fee. Sleeping spaces in the house are also available, upon request and availability.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

Tracy was the best host place was well kept and it was more than enough space for me and my guest she also helped with a lot with guest including the kids overall everything was good and I enjoyed myself thanks again I would definitely refer her to anybody that wants to rent out space and I will rent again.

Overall my experience was perfect. Ms. Tracy was so helpful and very attentive and kind, the space was also very spacious and clean. It was a really nice experience and I will definitely book again and recommend this place to friend and family.

The venue is in a great location and very well kept. For the type of event (Popup) I booked for. I wish I was allowed to advertise my events with yard signs prior to the events on the property. But all together...Tracy was a great person to work with. Yep! I would book again.

Great outdoor space in a great location. Tracy help me move my event along with rain treading through. My family enjoyed having space to spread out have fun and eat. Tracy was ready to help in any way needed.

Let's start with the fact that Tracy is an amazing host! She was more prepared for my party than i was. She was receptive and attentive, and really present for whatever i may have needed from the time I booked until the time i left her property! Speaking of the property, the yard is GREAT! It was spacious and fun and we loved having our event there!
