About the Space
My space is an open-air, grassy land with a private entrance. It is intimate; only your group will be using the land. It is large enough to play many yard games with your group or family. There is plenty of space to run around, picnic, grill, or just sit and chat outside with a group of people. There is a outdoor camping toilet under a tent for bathroom needs. Want a private space to have a small event or party? Need a location to take photos or do a shoot? Looking for a location to enjoy a summer day outside with only your group? Want to watch the stars at night from a tent? Need a change of location to have a guy/girls day out? Want to catch up with friends or family and BBQ? The possibilities are endless with our space. There are many add-on features you can request for your use while renting the space. Let us know what you have in mind and we can figure out a solution.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

We celebrated our baby girl first year here! and we loved it! It is very big and has a lot of space to do whatever you planning to do. Tamara was very nice and profesional to accommodated us and always available to answer questions.

Tamara was great from beginning to end, despite the rain she accommodated me in the best way. She gave us space and was attentive at the same time. Clean place. Spacious. Just overall 10 out of 10 great! thank you so much!!

Loved this space! Everything was perfect ! Tamara was Amazing and the area is really big . The weather wasn’t as planned but we still managed to have a great time!

The whole experience was great beginning to end! Quick response when I had a questions or concerns. Everyone sho came loved the space. The kids had a great time and so did the adults. A great amount of street parking, close to stores if you need anything. Highly recommend !

Tamara was an incredibly wonderful and patient host. She was accommodating, close to her phone, and allowed us full autonomy within reason. The port-a-potty was also super clean and fully equipped. Her portable sink could maybe use a fixing. For full context, we used the space to shoot a series of scenes for a short film drama. We were given space to place gear, set up tents, cables to plug in film equipment, and tons of time was given to us. We even asked for Tamara to turn off her air conditioner and she obliged- even at the cost her convenience. The only issue was the neighbors started playing music while we needed silence- to be fair we were shooting at night and they have the right play their music. Still frustrating but not at all host Tamara's fault; and we were shooting at 10pm by that time. Overall- A++++ excellent communication, willing to bend rules, and very accommodating.
