About the Space
The space is 1.66 acres of open lawn, very mature pine and maple trees, that backs up to a small forest edge containing a small creek. The morning sun rises on the left side of the house(facing the house from the street). The sun is over the backyard from noonish to 4:00 and begins to head towards the right of the house around 4:30-5:00. There is a large open lawn space with a backdrop of trees at the back of the lawn and several large mulched areas with hostas, floral perennials and shrubbery. A great space for an intimate, outdoor ceremony!!

This is an outdoor space only. Please wear masks if not vaccinated but masks are not required. We wipe down all hardscapes.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
