Newly opened co-working space is great for off-site meetings and corporate events. Our 2 Meeting Rooms and communal area can be configured to fit your specific needs. Free Onsite Parking is included along with complimentary coffee, espresso, tea and water. Meeting Rooms include Internet(Ethernet and Wifi), Whiteboard, Large-Screen TV w/ video conferencing capability and Conference Phone.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

We had our board meeting at the Essex Suites. Maritza was so wonderful to work with work. She follow up right away with anything that I asked for. The space was new and beautiful. I would happily go back any time.

Fast response from the host to get the booking sorted. The space was immaculately kept and had any and all amenities one might need. Spacious room which is exactly as shown in the photos Steve was friendly and accommodating to our party. Convenient location. All-in-all great experience

Facility is beautiful. From the outside it looks like an ordinary North Jersey office space but once inside the suite your in feel right at home in Manhattan. The staff/owners are great, very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Already planing our next 2 rentals of this space!
