Parking is free and abundant in the parking lot on the north side of the space.

We have very professional Bi-colored and RGB lighting available to use.

The surrounding location is very quiet, we have a lot of sound panel's set up and an AC unit in a separate room feeding in cold air to keep the studio quiet and cold at the same time.

Regular size door and full garage door that can also allow a car to pull in.

Side room

Equipment room and personal offices.

The minimum accepted rental duration is 2 hours. No smoking in the building. A $100 fee will be added to booking if smoking inside the building is identified. Food is allowed but please keep the room clean. Do not step on the curved part of the white wall as it will break. The white studio floor will not be painted clean unless the fresh coat of paint add-on is purchased. This means there may be shoe marks present on the floor without the add-on. If the customer renting our space or any guests associated with the customer are still in the building beyond 15 minutes past the booking ending time, overtime will automatically be charged to the customer at the hourly rate of the booking. For add-ons, we do not offer camera equipment / rentals unless one of our videographers is hired. Note: Audio equipment and camera equipment is not included. On weekends, the studio is $89 an hour. We do not offer editing services for any Peerspace bookings. We do not offer any on-the-spot services or equipment rentals. The studio spotlights cannot be adjusted, but the RGB lights can and have the ability to change colors.
