About the Space
This space is perfect for large video shoots and / or photoshoots. We boast a 18 foot by 15 foot long white curved broadcast wall that goes 10 feet high and 12 feet into the floor. The room is completely sound proofed and has air conditioning coming in constantly from a unit in a different room to avoid any noises. The white studio floor will not be painted clean unless the fresh coat of paint add-on is purchased. This means there may be shoe marks present on the floor without the add-on. We offer lighting equipment included in the room. For add-ons, we do not offer camera equipment / rentals unless one of our videographers is hired. Note: Audio equipment and camera equipment is not included. On weekends, the studio is $89 an hour. We do not offer editing services for any Peerspace bookings. We do not offer any on-the-spot services or equipment rentals. The studio spotlights cannot be adjusted, but the RGB lights can and have the ability to change colors. We also offer a ping pong table for guests to use.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great space for shooting photoshoots/video! A few of the lights kept going out because their batteries were low and caused a delay, however staff was quick to resolve, very professional, friendly and accommodating! Will definitely use this place again. :-)
