About the Space
This café is the perfect unique space for events of all kinds including birthday parties, holiday parties, meetings, and other gatherings. This space may also be used for photoshoots and commercial use. It is an excellent place for creatives looking for a space for film projects, book readings, and open mics. This space accommodates 30 individuals comfortably. More tables and chairs can be made available. Outside catering is allowed, as well as your own drink. Catering from our own latin restaurant can also be made available. Inquire for more information about catering menu. We can provide one person to help facilitate your event for an additional cost. Although space is limited, you can bring your own DJ. Decorating and set up/break down times must be within the rental time parameters set for your event. Any overtime outside of rental time will be charged by the hourly rate after the completed booking. The latest we can allow a party to go is until midnight. Free street parking available and close to public transportation.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Place was great just like the other time I booked. Although cleaning was included when I booked I didn't want to leave a mess and stayed 30 minutes over the time I booked cleaning venue. I was charged for those 30 minutes.

A hidden gem for sure ! I've had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant next door (great Latin cuisine there by the way ). This space was perfect for our 30th birthday celebration. Host was fabulous and will definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience renting this venue. The space is very nice especially for a smaller party. We had our sons baptism here and it was great. They were a pleasure to rent from and interacting with them was seemless. Would definitely rent from them again for future parties.
