All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Exterior filming activities work well and the property has been used for many commercial shoots (movies, tv, commercials). Large manicured front yard; wrap around porch. Large manicured back yard. Beautiful exterior of well maintained 2 story home built in 1895. Set back about 50 feet from street. Lot’s of room for cameras, etc. Six car showroom garage with many beautiful vintage neon signs and automobile memorabilia.

Parking description

Plenty of parking at St. Elizabeth Church approx. 60 yds away (must be contracted with church). Also Lake Avenue Presbyterian Church contracts for parking. There is street parking and also parking in back.

Ambient noise description

Neighbors are very quiet so we've never noticed any noise from them. The street is fairly busy; however, the house is set back quite a ways from the street, so street noise should not be a problem.

2 separate 100 amp services. Circuit breakers are accessed from outside. Several outlets available depending on space used.

General Rules

Exterior filming only. Outside catering is allowed. Two bathrooms could be made available. Property must be left in same condition as at arrival. All trash must be picked up and any damage must be repaired.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All vintage signs must NOT BE MOVED; however, all signs are at rear of property (not visible from home views) or inside garages.

Smoke machines are allowed
