About the Space
This recently remodeled, 2000-square-foot Craftsman house has a beautifully designed kitchen with walnut floors, light concrete countertops, custom cabinetry and hardware, and huge windows looking out onto trees, lush bamboo, and a spacious back courtyard and lawn. The rear of the property has a newly built ADU with a stunning, Sea Ranch-inspired cedar facade (photos forthcoming). The large dining room has original built-ins and modern furnishings, including a 10-seat dining table and antique mid century sideboard. Rear of the house is west-facing and gets tremendous light all day, especially in the afternoon and early evening. The backyard has a long, concrete dining table and new landscaping around a mature apple tree. The block is part of Oakland's "Slow Streets" program, meaning traffic has been reduced (no through traffic) and the street is a bike thoroughfare. Owners are in the creative/media industries and are familiar with the considerations and requirements of creative production.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
