About the Space
Our space is a co-working space during the week, and a modular event space in the evenings and weekends. A stage setup makes it ideal for small gatherings and presentations. Location is accessible easily from all directions, and the neighborhood is safe. Looking forward to hosting your event here!

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was amazing, great location and easy to work with owner. We only used a portion of the space but it was perfect for our workshop, we used the TV for our presentation and it worked amazingly well. Everyone really enjoyed themselves!

Lucas quickly responded to my inquiry about renting his beautiful and unique space. He was very easy and kind to communicate with as well as flexible for our needs. I would rent this space out again in a heartbeat, thank you for being so accommodating Lucas!

The host was absolutely a life-savor and was able to save our event. Our original host canceled on us 4 hours before our setup began and we scrambled to find a place. Lucas went above and beyond to open his space to us and allow us the flexibility to re-arrange the furniture /setup in order to work for us. The space was absolutely perfect and large enough to host all the attendees comfortably. The parking is also a huge bonus as there is an empty lot right behind the building making it very convenient to get in and out without worries. Would absolutely book again for any upcoming event. Thank you Lucas for being so awesome and accommodating.

This space was amazing for my sister’s 50th birthday party. It was clean,spacious, and great location with plenty of parking. Lucas was very accommodating and a gracious host. I would definitely book again!
