We can accommodate 3-4 cars in the driveway of the house for free. But besides that there is free street parking down the block as well as free 2 hour parking and paid metered parking across the street. There is also a paid parking lot across the street.

Tons of natural light throughout the house during the day. We do have sheer curtains that can diffuse and block some light. We do not have black out curtains.

Not on a super busy street so it's relatively quiet for the most part. You generally can't hear neighbors.

Stairs, Ground Floor

You can load in through the front of the house or the back of the house. There is a driveway you can bring multiple cars in to load and unload equipment.

We don't have a regular circuit breaker. The electrical system is old and uses multiple 15amp fuses. There are a handful of outlets - at least one per room. The living room has 4. Most of the outlets are 2 prong only though because it's an old house.

•No eating or drinking in the carpeted areas of the house. •No smoking inside the building. •No alcohol. •No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) •No flammables or fire hazards (smoke bombs, candles, etc.) Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee You may move furniture but please move it back when finished. Number of attendees should include crew, parents/guardian, agents, publicists, etc. There will be an additional charge if you have more attendees than originally booked for • The property must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. • Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into our lot any sooner than 15min before your booking time. If you booking starts at 10:00am — do no arrive ANY EARLIER than 9:45am — our site rep arrives at the time of your booking. Do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up and shoot. If you need more time, book more time The building also has old electrical system so no large lights (HMIs, 2ks, maxi brutes, etc) LED lights are fine.
