About the Space
You get access to the entire house in East Hollywood which is fully decorated with retro and vintage furniture and decor. There is a living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and even a shed, workshop/ garage in the backyard! Every room has its own distinct style of wallpaper and paint scheme so you can have a wide variety of looks! Every room has windows so it has a ton of natural light that makes it perfect for photoshoots and video shoots. Incredible and versatile location, we had a great shoot! The space itself is perfect for a vintage vibe, with plenty of furniture and artwork to allow for customization and creativity. The garage/barn outback is essentially an entire new location tied into the house and offers even more value. My crew and I were able to pull off an entire short film without a company move. The host was easy and communicative and our site rep Anthony was kind and helpful. I will definitely be making use of this location again! The only thing to keep in mind is that the home is old, as such, the AC is pretty limited to if you book during hotter months (like we did) plan to bring fans and plenty of cold water!
