Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We make sure all areas are clean and things that have been touched a lot are disinfected between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

You get access to the entire house which is fully decorated with whimsical nature scenes. There is living room with a full tree growing in the middle of it, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and even an outdoor green house in the backyard! Every room has windows so it has a ton of natural light that makes it perfect for photoshoots and video shoots. Parking description

We can accommodate 3-4 cars in the driveway of the house for free. But besides that there is free street parking down the block as well as free 2 hour parking and paid metered parking across the street. There is also a paid parking lot across the street.

Lighting description

Tons of natural light throughout the house during the day. We don't offer black out curtains but we do have blinds as well as sheer curtains that can diffuse and block some light.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Not on a super busy street so it's relatively quiet for the most part. You generally can't hear neighbors.

Equipment loading description

You can load in through the front of the house or the back of the house. There is a driveway you can bring multiple cars in to load and unload equipment.

No staging area available

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

We don't have a regular circuit breaker. The electrical system is old and uses multiple 25amp fuses. There are a handful of outlets - at least one per room. The living room has 4. Most of the outlets are 2 prong only though because it's an old house.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No eating or drinking in the carpeted areas of the house. No smoking inside the building. No alcohol. The building also has old electrical system so no large lights (HMIs, 2ks, maxi brutes, etc) LED lights are fine.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

No moving furniture and decorations

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras on site to provide safety for our space as well as your productions.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
