About the Space
We have 4 private treatment rooms that include mechanical Hi-Lo Tables. In each area we have uplifting quotes and many anatomical models and posters. We have a functional gym with weights eliptical and treadmill. Filming or photographs for fitness, rehab, physical therapy. All areas of physical therapy can be used and Reception or front office is ok as well.

there is loading zone access through warehouse with mechanical up and down. loading trucks ok in the backside where the warehouse is.

East side bathroom can be used or any treatment rooms
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
There are a few doors locked on the East wing past the kitchen
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking, No Alcohol. Outside catering is allowed. Ok to move around objects in the gym. Treatment Hi Lo tables should stay in the room
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
General Liability and responsible for anything broken replacement or cost to replace.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
you can move all things and place back except hi-lo tables in each treatment room.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Hallways Front office, not in the treatment rooms. High traffic areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have professiona lcleaners we hire to clean after the evening of booking. We have UVC lamps to disinefect the air and when running the fans we have UVC air purifier and central air which is the highest grade cold-plasma filtration.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
