General Rules
- Be considerate of all materials when using.
- Keep shoe Booties on at all times. ( Exceptions those being photographed / filmed )
- Any spills or accidents please notify the Host as soon as possible.
- Do not give out address to outside guests
- Must provide the names of all guests that will be in your party prior to booking. All guests will be required to provide photo ID when entering. The name on the reservation must match the name on the photo ID. No unregistered guests will be permitted.
- No smoking inside or outside residence.
- No candles, incense or air fresheners are allowed
- Do not help yourself to any cabinets, drawers, closed curtains or closed doors. If you need anything let us know, we will be happy to accommodate you.
- Do not rearrange or move any furniture, pictures or fixtures without discussing with host first. Items can only be moved by the host upon request.
- No smoke machines allowed
- No staples, tacks, nails or anything that may leave holes in the walls will be allowed. If it can not be hung using Scotch tape, do not bring it.
- No confetti, glitter or guns
- No pets allowed
- All Trash should be placed in the bins provided.
- Your rental should start and conclude at your scheduled booking time. Setup, clean up, and breakdown of equipment should be considered within this time. Any additional time you will be charged in 30 minute intervals 1.5x the hourly rate displayed on peerspace.
- Only the downstairs designated room will be available for this booking. (All the pictures displayed are included)
