COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All surface areas, props and equipment are sanitized before the start of each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

About the Space
This Dreamy European Style Picnic Room is great for photography / film production. The inside has green grass like carpet, luxury style ceiling tiles, Paris cafe themed wallpaper, a picnic blanket, food tray, basket, candles and hanging lights to set the ambience of the room. The surrounding area also has a color changing LED two person sauna, floral decor and unique custom decorated backdrop.

Parking description
Two parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis, ideally used for vehicles that have the must equipment or wardrobe. Overflow spaces are available upon request.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There are beautiful string lights hovering over the exhibit which create a low lit ambience. Also there is a photography light in the room that can be used if needed.
Space is not soundproof

This room is very quiet and can be used for photography, interviews, or production.

There are two stairs leading to the door. Once your enter the property there are 14 stairs to walk down to get to the studio.

General Rules
General Rules
- Be considerate of all materials when using.
- Keep shoe Booties on at all times. ( Exceptions those being photographed / filmed )
- Any spills or accidents please notify the Host as soon as possible.
- Do not give out address to outside guests
- Must provide the names of all guests that will be in your party prior to booking. All guests will be required to provide photo ID when entering. The name on the reservation must match the name on the photo ID. No unregistered guests will be permitted.
- No smoking inside or outside residence.
- No candles, incense or air fresheners are allowed
- Do not help yourself to any cabinets, drawers, closed curtains or closed doors. If you need anything let us know, we will be happy to accommodate you.
- Do not rearrange or move any furniture, pictures or fixtures without discussing with host first. Items can only be moved by the host upon request.
- No smoke machines allowed
- No staples, tacks, nails or anything that may leave holes in the walls will be allowed. If it can not be hung using Scotch tape, do not bring it.
- No confetti, glitter or guns
- No pets allowed
- All Trash should be placed in the bins provided.
- Your rental should start and conclude at your scheduled booking time. Setup, clean up, and breakdown of equipment should be considered within this time. Any additional time you will be charged in 30 minute intervals 1.5x the hourly rate displayed on peerspace.
- Only the downstairs designated room will be available for this booking. (All the pictures displayed are included)

Some decorations can be moved. In the event you would like to move something, let the host know and they will be happy to assist you.

Ring security devices secure the area. All Overflow spaces are secure in an eye view of residents and surrounding business cameras as well.
