The room offers privacy and FREE room service. Order by scanning the QR code inside the room. Add "Room Service" to your order and we will bring your order directly to your room. No wasting precious meeting time waiting in lines to order or pickup your food & drinks. The meeting room is completely private as ALL customer traffic for the bakery and coffee bar is outside at the walk-up window. It is adjacent to a larger space (The Ivy Room) but courtesy curtains are available if more privacy is needed. Our cleaning procedure includes: - sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the space in between each use. - access to a private bathroom for hand wash use that is cleaned and sanitized between each booking - removing garbage and adding new liners to the trash cans - sanitizing the conference room table and chairs
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
