About the Space
Conveniently located off the 60 and Dobson next to walkable ponds and public transportation. This space offers great versatility for fitness and yoga instructors. It includes a handful of fitness equipment and yoga supplies. It has a 4 person waiting area and bathroom. We also have 4 air purifiers and air purifying plants through out the studio space.

Studio security cameras are located in each corner throughout the studio and are on at all times for safety and security reasons.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Spot cleaning daily. Deep cleaning every two weeks. We have disposable face mask and hand sanitizer. We also have sanitation wipes and sprays to be used in between using equipment and after studio use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer

- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
