About the Space
We want you to feel at home shooting in our 2,000 sq. foot studio. Our beautiful space is exclusively yours to use with your clients when you rent. We designed a versatile space to make any creative entrepreneur's experience with us unique. It has tons of natural light, amazing furniture, dedicated client meeting space, lighting, seamless paper, and more. Our location is perfect to take a short walk to photograph your clients in the beautiful surrounding Downtown, Vinoy Park, and waterfront. Amenities included in your booking: * Open floor plan with moving walls * Studio furnishings * Lighting & backdrops * Private Bathroom * Changing Space * IPS/Sales Space * WiFi Rental Details: The studio can be rented for half day or full day sessions. All studio furnishings, lighting and backdrops are included in the rental fee. Full day rentals will receive a 10% booking discount. Need lunch catered or Pro Hair & Makeup styling for your sessions? Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
