There's pressure washing prior to events and after, wipe down with sanitation as well. It's completely outdoors, so there are no inside events happening.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Activities like birthday parties, receptions, showers, fun dance or hip hop classes, BBQs and medium size gatherings are welcome. The space is on the second floor, outside so there is a clear view of Mission Bay and the Seaworld fireworks, with heat lamps, lights and relaxing furniture, corn hole and a bar to have an area for your beverages. There are also bathrooms on the first floor and several restaurants nearby if you're looking to cater locally.
