The Patio is a bookable outdoor lounge area perfect for cocktail hours, small-to-medium private group events, and other team outings. Located in the heart of San Francisco's FiDi North, the space is easily accessible for groups of all kinds. The patio is a private outdoor terrace with seating & bistro tables that can accommodate up to 30 guests. Booking Details: Weekday bookable hours are 4:00pm to 9:00pm inclusive of setup & breakdown time Weekend bookable hours of 12:00pm - 10:00pm inclusive of setup & breakdown time Minimum 2 hour booking required weekday, 6 hour minimum required weekend All relevant vendor licensing & permits to be obtained by the event host prior to the event Booking rate is $900/hour weekday, $2,000/hour weekend

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
